2. Where items are shipped within Australia, the price is inclusive of Australian GST.  Where items are shipped outside of Australia the price is exclusive of GST.

3. When an order is placed with Quoll Books, you confirm that you have ordered the correct title/s and quantity the items in your shopping cart.

4. From the time you place an order with Quoll Books you have a cooling off period of three days.  After that period, your order is deemed to be correct and confirmed and non-refundable.

8. Although we do our best to ensure prices stated on this website are accurate, unforeseen errors may occasionally occur. Where a pricing error has occurred, we will not be bound by the incorrect price stated, and reserve the right to cancel your purchase or adjust the price to be correct.

10. Freight costs are based on actual costs for postage and materials used to ensure safe delivery of your goods and are added to your order, calculated on the total weight and location of delivery.
